Forecasts are estimates

Weather forecasts, air quality, UV, spoken forecasts and assistant replies are estimates based on computer models and may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. They are provided for general information only and are not official warnings. For severe weather, travel, aviation, marine or safety-critical decisions, always follow your national weather service and local authorities.

The weather assistant

Assistant replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. Do not submit personal or sensitive information, and do not use the assistant for anything other than its purpose. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping or bulk requests, no attempts to disrupt or overload our servers, and no use that breaks the law or the rights of others.

Content and data

The site’s design, text and graphics belong to Weather Forecast. Weather data comes from third-party providers under their own licences — see Data & credits. You are welcome to share links to our pages; please do not copy substantial parts of the site without permission.

Third-party services

The site embeds or links to services we do not control, such as the interactive map. Their own terms apply when you use them.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Weather Forecast is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its information.

Changes

We may change the service or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed; continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
